Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the RoutingLab app and the routinglab.es website. By using them, you accept the following.

1. What RoutingLab is

RoutingLab is an educational app for preparing the CCNA 200-301 certification: it includes theory, quizzes, practice exercises and mock exams.

2. Permitted use

• You may use the app for your personal study.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish its content (theory, questions, exercises) without written permission.
• You may not attempt to access paid content by circumventing the subscription mechanisms.

3. Accounts

You can use much of the app without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.

4. Free and Premium content

• Some of the content is free permanently.
• The rest requires a Premium subscription.
• When you sign in you get a free trial period with full access.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play.
• They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time from your Google Play account; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by the Google Play policies.
• We may change prices; we will tell you in advance and the change will never affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Educational content: no guarantee of passing

We write the content with the greatest care and review it continuously, but we do not guarantee that you will pass the official exam, nor that the content is free of errors or fully up to date with the current official syllabus. The exam and its contents are defined by Cisco, not by us.

If you spot a mistake, please do write to us: we fix it in the next update.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the app and syncing available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control.

8. Intellectual property

All original RoutingLab content (text, questions, design, branding and code) belongs to its authors and is protected by intellectual property law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
